You are what you eat, so don't be fast, easy or fake

Your own personal Chef will be on-site at the Training Places Villa throughout each day.

Chef Ruben Tores will be preparing meals and healthy snacks for all our guests. Chef Ruben has been a private chef on the island since 2014 and is the founder of the WeEat Club in Barcelona. He has worked extensively across South America and Europe ranging from Michelin star Japanese restaurants to teaching workshops in Granada.

We have prepared a menu using the finest local produce with a focus on fresh quality Proteins, Carbohydrates and essential Fats. Consisting of Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Meal and Mid-Morning & Mid-Afternoon snacks providing all energy and recovery throughout your break. You will also be taking full advantage of the Villa BBQ on the poolside terrace!

Train together, stay together

Your structured fitness programme is complimented with a bespoke additional activity programme.

We have scheduled your 2 x rooftop group fitness sessions to be delivered pre-breakfast in the morning and pre-dinner in the early evening. Mid-morning & afternoon periods can be spent relaxing by your private pool, visiting the beach, exploring the island or participating in additional activities.

We can provide a range of different local hiking and running routes each with its own challenges.

ANYTHING THAT GETS YOUR BLOOD RACING IS PROBABLY WORTH DOING

For additional activities we have partnered with local organisations, providing Cycling and Watersports for guests looking for an adrenalin rush and Yoga for guests looking for a more calming and spiritual experience.

You can pre-book these directly through us and receive favourable Training Places membership rates.

CYCLING

Road or Mountain Bike Sessions. From Advanced to Beginners. Inclusive of Guide/Instructor and Bike Hire/Delivery.

WATERSPORTS

A relaxing trip to the Beach can be transformed with activity filled watersport sessions from Boats to the latest sport Flyboarding.

Yoga

A local instructor will visit the Villa to help you Relax, Rewind and Inspire your Body, Mind and Spirit.
